Product usages
Matters needing attention● Dry mixing first, and then wet mixing with water. Add enough water for wet mixing at one time. Do not add water at will.● The mixing time depends on the mixing situation and shall not be lower than the required minimum mixing time. Only after all materials are fully mixed can it achieve normal use effect.● If there is no mixer or conditions do not permit, when manual mixing is required, the mixing time shall be extended to ensure that the materials are fully mixed.● Please use up the mixed materials within 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, the material performance changes and can not be used. Please discard the surplus.Usage and dosage● Open the package, pour the materials and admixtures into the mixer, dry mix and stir for 1-3 minutes to fully mix them.● Add enough water (about 10% of the castable drinking water) at one time, do not add water at will, wet mix for 3-5 minutes, and mix it fully.High alumina wear-resistant castable is an amorphous refractory castable with an overall aluminum content of more than 75%, which is composed of high alumina aggregate with an Al2O3 content of more than 75% as granular raw material, combined with high alumina powder and additives. After the initial setting of high alumina castable, it is caured to 28d in standard, and the compressive strength can reach 40 ~ 60MPa. It is characterized by slow hydration speed, high strength and high fire resistance in the later stage. High alumina wear-resistant castable has the characteristics of anti permeability, corrosion resistance impact resistance, wear resistance and good mechanical properties It is widely used in front and rear arches, furnace tops, tail furnace walls and other parts of utility boilers and other thermal kilns.
